This page contains redacted preparation and shipping records related to a public customer claim.
The customer claims that the parcel only contained three small 3.5g bags.
The evidence below explains why this claim is not consistent with the preparation records, the parcel weight recorded on our side, and the real parcel weight recorded by Colissimo Pro.

This picture was taken during the packing process before shipping.
It shows the order content prepared together with the invoice and the shipping label. This is important because it links the prepared items to the correct parcel, not to a random order.
Preparation pictures are part of our internal process to check what was packed before the parcel leaves our side.
The order contained the hash, right under the weed packagings, and the 4 weed packages + vaccum sealed packages.
The costumer pretends that only 3 packs of weed were put during the preparation of his package, but you’ll see right after how this is truely inconsistant.

Before shipping, the parcel was weighed by us at approximately 130g.
This weight includes the products, the individual bags, the shipping envelope, the invoice, the label and the packaging materials.
This matters because the customer says he only received three small 3.5g bags. That content, even with the envelope and documents, would be much lighter than 130g.

Colissimo Pro, an independent shipping carrier, recorded the real parcel weight at 0.13 kg, which means 130g.
This is not a weight we simply declared ourselves. It is the real weight recorded by the carrier during the shipping process.
The key point is simple: our preparation weight and the carrier’s independent recorded weight match.
The customer claims that the parcel only contained three small 3.5g bags.
Three 3.5g bags, plus an envelope, documents, labels and packaging, do not reach 130g. The estimated weight for that claimed content is around 50g, not 130g.
So if the parcel had really only contained those three small bags from the beginning, Colissimo would not have recorded a real parcel weight of 0.13 kg.

The customer claims that the parcel only contained three small 3.5g bags. We recreated the approximate weight of the claimed received content: three small bags, the shipping envelope, documents, labels and packaging. This claimed content is around 50g, not 130g.
This creates an unexplained difference of approximately 80g compared with the real parcel weight recorded by Colissimo Pro.
That difference is not minor. It is consistent with the additional products that were prepared and visible in our packing evidence, but that the customer later claimed were missing. If the parcel had truly contained only the three small bags from the beginning, the real parcel weight would have been much closer to 50g, not 130g.

This is the picture sent by the customer to support his claim.
The issue is not that the picture is unclear. The issue is that the content shown in this picture does not match the recorded parcel weight.
The customer’s picture shows content weighing approximately 50g in total. However, the parcel was recorded at 130g during shipping.
This leaves approximately 80g unexplained.
Because Colissimo Pro recorded the parcel’s real weight independently during the shipping process, the claim that the parcel was shipped with only the items shown in this picture is not consistent with the available records.

The parcel was delivered with signature.
Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for, if it is then stored or handled before the customer personally opens it, any issue after signed delivery must be checked with the person or location that received and kept the parcel.
The shipping records show that the parcel left our side with a weight consistent with the full order, not with the reduced content claimed afterward.
Conclusion
Packing mistakes can happen in any business. This is exactly why we take preparation pictures and compare our own parcel weight with the real parcel weight recorded during shipping.
In this case, the available records all point in the same direction:
- the order preparation picture shows the full order prepared before shipping;
- our preparation weight was approximately 130g;
- Colissimo Pro independently recorded the real parcel weight at 0.13 kg, meaning 130g;
- the customer’s claimed received content weighs approximately 50g;
- this leaves approximately 80g unexplained.
This 80g difference is not compatible with the claim that the parcel was shipped with only three small 3.5g bags inside.
Based on the preparation picture, the matching weight records and the signed delivery, we cannot validate the missing-item claim from our side.
